BATHING ETIQUETTE

BATHING SUITS ARE REQUIRED.

Please wear proper swim attire. We also recommend water friendly slippers or shoes to wear as you stroll between areas. No street clothes, underwear, pajamas, sweats or anything deemed inappropriate by staff is allowed. Fabric discoloration is possible. If this is a concern for you, we recommend wearing last year’s suit to soak. Jewelry may tarnish.

KEEP YOUR VALUABLES IN THE CHANGING SUITES.

Lockers with built-in locks are available in our Changing Suites and are included in your reservation. We also offer personal amenities for showering and changing. Jewelry may tarnish in the pools. Guests can order food and drinks with our RFID wristbands. No need to carry wallets, purses or other valuables.

HYDRATE OFTEN.

Be sure to drink plenty of water before, during and after your stay. We offer a wide selection of beverages, and mineral waters, and we also provide fresh drinking water throughout the property. Limit your consumption of alcohol.

DO A QUICK RINSE BEFORE ENTERING THE POOLS.

Please quickly wash any lotions or oils off your skin before embarking on your WorldSprings experience. This helps us maintain the pure nature of our mineral water. 

BE CAUTIOUS NOT TO OVERDO YOUR SOAK OR SAUNA TIME.

15 minutes per soak in each pool, and 5-20 minutes per sauna session is generally recommended, but exit immediately if you begin to feel overheated. Cool down and drink plenty of water in between sessions. Overexposure may cause dizziness, nausea or fainting. Soaking alone is not recommended. 

OUR SURFACES ARE WET AND OUR POOLS ARE SHALLOW.

No running, diving, or boisterous play. We want everyone to stay safe. Our staff has the authority to stop any behavior they deem unsafe or inappropriate. Those under 18 are to be accompanied by an adult.

The WorldSprings experience is designed to maximize relaxation. Please be respectful of those around you when enjoying our pools.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR FOR A WINTERTIME SOAK?

Come dressed and prepared for changing weather conditions. To ensure your own comfort, pack a pair of sandals to wear when walking between pools, add a robe, jacket or beanie to stay warm, and we’ll supply towels. This will provide additional warmth when you are outside of the water, whether to get to another pool or when ordering food from our Café and Bar.

FAQs

IS WORLDSPRINGS A CASHLESS OASIS?

Yes. Guests can order food and drinks with our RFID wristbands. We accept all major credit and debit cards, plus popular phone payment apps. No need to carry wallets, purses or other valuables. So don’t worry about cash – just choose whatever payment method helps you relax the most, sit back and enjoy that poolside delivery.

ARE TOWELS AND A ROBE INCLUDED?

Guests receive complimentary towels, but are welcome to bring their own towels and robes. Our Changing Suites also provide personal amenities for showering and keeping your valuables safe. Robes are available for rent or purchase.

WILL MINERALS IN THE WATER DISCOLOR MY BATHING SUIT?

Fabric discoloration is possible. If this is a concern for you, we recommend bringing an extra swimsuit or wearing last year’s suit to soak. Jewelry may tarnish.

DO YOUR POOLS CONTAIN CHLORINE?

The freshwater for our pools is carefully prepared to match the temperature and mineral content of famous baths and springs from across the globe. Please note that this water does contain low levels of chlorine as determined by the local Water Department.

ARE THERE ADULT-ONLY POOLS ON THE PROPERTY?

Our European, Asiatic, Americas Regions and Dead Sea Pool are reserved for those 18 and older. Everyone can access our Changing Suites with lockers and our café.

IS WORLDSPRINGS KID FRIENDLY AND ARE THERE AGE RESTRICTIONS?

Supervised children under the age of 5 are only allowed in the family pool and must wear a swim diaper if not potty trained. Supervised children aged 5-14 years old can access the South Pacific Region pools and saunas, however, must be more than 44″ in height to access the mineral pools. Those under 14 are to be accompanied by an adult. Everyone can access our Changing Suites with lockers and our café. Our European, Asiatic and Americas Regions are reserved for those 18 and older.

ARE THERE HEALTH RESTRICTIONS?

Pregnant women should not enter the cold plunges or saunas, and anyone with any underlying health condition should consult with your physician before entering. Exit immediately if you begin to feel overheated. Cool down and drink plenty of water in between sessions. Overexposure may cause dizziness, nausea or fainting. Immersion in a cold plunge elicits a dramatic response in the body.

ARE YOUR PROPERTIES WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE?

We are committed to making our therapeutic waters accessible to all. A gently curving ramp with a handrail provides a gradual entrance into accessible pools. An aquatic PVC access chair is available onsite. All of the buildings and Changing Suites are accessible, and there are changing rooms with showers for families and caregivers. Guests who need mobility assistance may request transportation on site via our ADA golf cart. 

CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD AND BEVERAGE?

We do not allow guests to bring in their own food, drinks, alcoholic beverages or coolers. Our Café and Bar serve a delicious variety of snacks and drinks.

CAN I BRING MY OWN WATER BOTTLE?

No glass please. Please don’t bring in any outside glass that might shatter. You are welcome to bring your own empty plastic or metal water bottle which can be filled and refilled for free. 

CAN I RESCHEDULE OR TRANSFER MY SOAK SESSION?

Our policy includes one complimentary refund or change to tickets prior to 48 hours before the reservation time. Any changes requested after that are subject to a $5 change fee per ticket, and potentially an increase in price dependent on the time change. Changes requested for reservations within the 48 hours prior to the start time are not guaranteed. 

DO YOU CLOSE BECAUSE OF WEATHER CONDITIONS?

We stay open during all kinds of weather. If there is lightning in close proximity, we will make an announcement, but guests have the option to stay in the pools. We do not offer refunds on tickets due to weather.

IS SMOKING ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY?

WorldSprings is a non-smoking, non-vaping facility with no designated smoking area. The use of Marijuana is illegal in public places. Guests who choose to smoke inside the property in or near the pools will be removed from the property without a refund. Pass holders will have their pass revoked without refund.

ARE DOGS ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY?

Sorry we do not allow dogs on our property with the exception of service animals.  Please do not leave your dog in your car.  We ask that you do not tie up your dog to your car unattended as this may jeopardize the safety of our guests.

ARE DRONES ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY?

Drones are not allowed. We do everything we can to respect the privacy of all of our guests while soaking.
