VINYASA FLOW, RESTORATIVE & SLOW FLOW (YIN) YOGA

Our instructors take you through traditional vinyasa and restorative movements to cultivate relaxation and integration. We focus on stretching core muscles, while building strength, balance and self-awareness. Leave feeling light and rejuvenated. Classes are for all levels of experience and are between 30 to 60 minutes.Our wellness circuits help you recover faster, reduce inflammation, improve sleep, and lower stress. SOUND BATH (STRETCH + SOUND) 

A sound bath is a meditative experience during which participants are bathed in sound waves produced by various healing sources such as singing bowls, percussion, chimes, human voice, and more. A sound healing practitioner facilitates the experience as attendees lie on their backs, the Savasana position. Classes are between 15 and 30 minutes.
