FIRE & ICE CIRCUIT BENEFITS
We offer two circuits that provide a harmonious combination of our heated mineral pools, invigorating saunas, and refreshing cold plunge therapies. Rejuvenation is typically 45 minutes, while Refresh is quick and efficient. See below.
CIRCUIT OPTIONS
ATHLETIC RECOVERY
Inspired by hot springs in Tuscany, Italy, this circuit helps you more fully recover after your favorite activities. Find a warm mineral pool in the European Region 100°F/37.8°C degrees or less. Soak for 15- 20 minutes and then follow it up with a cold plunge. Repeating 2-3 times will compound the positive effects of this circuit.
VIEW POOLS MAPANTI-INFLAMMATORY
Our mineral pools inspired by the springs in Australia provide an extra anti-inflammatory response with minerals such as sulfate, potassium and magnesium. Start with the sauna for 10-15 minutes, followed by a five-minute cool off and hydration period. Find a hot pool between 102°F-104°F/38.9°C-40°C degrees and soak for 15 minutes. Take a cold plunge afterwards for 30 to 120 seconds for additional anti-inflammatory benefits.
VIEW POOLS MAPSTRESS REDUCER
This circuit is inspired by the hot springs of Guatemala in Central America to help alleviate the demands of daily life. Visit the Americas Region and find a pool over 100°F/37.8°C degrees and soak for 15 minutes. Take a cold plunge and then soak for another 10 minutes in the same pool or one slightly warmer. Repeat this three times.
VIEW POOLS MAPLONGEVITY
This circuit is designed to incorporate all of the wellness benefits we have to offer. Start by sitting in one of our saunas for five minutes, followed by a drink of water to hydrate. Soak in the European Region for 10 minutes in our pool at 102°F-104°F/38.9°C-40°C inspired by the Icelandic hot springs, followed by a quick cold plunge for 30 to 120 seconds. Repeat this 1-3 times. Then head to the South Pacific Region and find a warm pool between 98°F-100°F/36.7°C-37.8°C inspired by the hot springs of Bali. Soak for 20 minutes.
VIEW POOLS MAPFAMILY TIME
Begin in the South Pacific region and find a pool at 100°F/36.7°C inspired by the water of Banjar, Bali. Soak for 15 minutes. Get out, rest and hydrate. Find a pool at 102°F/38.9°C, inspired by the water of Yarrangobilly, Australia. Soak for 5-15 minutes. Rest for 5-10 minutes and allow your body to warm in the air. Repeat as much as your family wants.
VIEW POOLS MAPSLEEP ENHANCER
Sleep is crucial to your health – it promotes brain performance, recovery and overall wellness. This circuit is designed to promote a peaceful night’s rest afterwards. Begin in the Asiatic Region and find a warm, 98°F-100°F/36.7°C-37.8°C pool inspired by the water of Kinosaki, Japan. Soak for 20-30 minutes. Lounge in the region, air cool and hydrate. This cycle can be repeated 2-3 times.
VIEW POOLS MAPFIRE & ICE REFRESH
Our quick and efficient circuit, lasting about 15 minutes, speeds up muscle and injury recovery, reduces inflammation, and supports a healthy immune system. Warm your body with a full immersion in a 104°F (40°C) pool for up to 5 minutes, followed by a visit to one of our saunas for 5 minutes, and concluding with a cold plunge for 30 to 120 seconds.
VIEW POOLS MAPFIRE & ICE REJUVENATION
Improve lymphatic circulation, cardiovascular health and increase red blood cell count. This wellness circuit incorporates extended hot and cold sessions for maximum benefits. Immerse yourself in one of 104°F/40°C pools for 15 minutes to warm your body up. Follow this by going to one of our saunas for up to 15 minutes, followed by a cold plunge for 30 to 120 seconds. For some extra heat to soothe pains and destress, go back into the 104°F/40°C pool. The total circuit typically lasts 45 minutes.
