• Both our Day Pass and 3-Hour Pass include access to all 46 mineral pools, cold plunges, saunas, the guided Aufguss Sauna Experience, lounge areas, and hydration stations. Towels and lockers are also included with your visit.
• Spa services, food and beverages, cabanas, robe rentals, and retail items are available for an additional cost.

• Our Day Pass gives you access from open to close, with same-day re-entry included. If you leave the property and plan to return, please keep your wristband on.
• Our 3-Hour Pass includes three hours of timed access to the property.

• Reservations are strongly recommended to guarantee admission, especially on weekends and holidays. Walk-ins are welcome based on availability. Members do not need to make reservations.
• Spa reservations are also recommended in advance, as appointments may fill quickly.

• Yes! We offer three membership options: Annual Anytime, Annual Weekday, and a flexible Monthly Membership.

WorldSprings is a 16+ property. All guests are required to present a valid physical ID at check-in to verify age. Photos or digital copies of IDs are not accepted.

• Bring a valid physical photo ID and sandals, flip-flops, or water shoes. Appropriate swimwear is required at all times while enjoying our pools and water amenities.
• Towels and lockers are included with your visit, and robes are available to rent or purchase. We recommend removing jewelry, watches, and smartwatches before entering the pools, as minerals may cause tarnishing. Some swimwear may also experience discoloration.

We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes before your reserved time for Day Passes and 3 Hour Passes, and at least 15 minutes early for massage or facial appointments. Spa services begin promptly at the scheduled time, and late arrivals may result in a shortened service.

Complimentary parking is available at WorldSprings. During peak times, parking may be limited, so we recommend carpooling when possible.

• Yes. WorldSprings is ADA and wheelchair accessible. Accessible ramps are available at our freshwater Globe Pool and Upper Dead Sea pool, and our locker rooms include accessible restrooms, changing areas, and showers.
• If you need additional assistance during your visit, please speak with a WorldSprings team member or message our team ahead of time so we can assist you.

Outside food and beverages, coolers, speakers, firearms, weapons, vape pens, cigarettes, and other prohibited items are not permitted on property. Please review our Policies page for a complete list of prohibited items.

• When lightning is in the area, all pools and pool decks close for 30 minutes, with the timer resetting after each new lightning strike. If the closure lasts 90 minutes or longer, eligible guests will receive a complimentary return soak.
• Rain alone does not require our waters to close. If there is no lightning or other severe weather in the area, it is safe (and somewhat magical!) to continue soaking in the rain.

• Yes. WorldSprings offers women’s, men’s, and family locker rooms with changing areas and showers. One complimentary locker is available per wristband.
• Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and blow dryers are also provided for your convenience.

Yes! Casual photos and videos for personal use are welcome. Please be respectful of other guests’ privacy and avoid disrupting those around you. Photography and filming are never permitted in the locker rooms.

• Our globally inspired mineral pools feature unique mineral compositions based on waters from around the world, with temperatures ranging from 55°F cold plunges to 104°F mineral pools. Temperatures may vary seasonally, with cooler temperatures in the summer and warmer temperatures in the winter.

Our pools contain the lowest amount of chlorine legally required by local regulations. Our automatic filtration system filters and rebalances the pools multiple times a day, and all pools are manually cleaned daily. Occasionally, pools may be temporarily closed for cleaning or maintenance during operating hours.

• A Day Pass is included with every 50-minute massage or facial reservation.
• We recommend enjoying the property after your massage or before your facial. Property access is optional, and you’re welcome to visit for your spa service only.

Guests must be 16 or older to receive a facial and 18 or older to receive a massage.
