Enter through the doors on the left marked “Member Entrance & Spa Appointments.” When you reach the Member & Spa Desk, simply show your digital member QR code—easily saved to your Apple or Google Wallet. If you purchased your membership onsite, you’ll receive a physical membership card instead.

Our Weekday Annual Membership and our Anytime Annual Membership require a 12-month commitment and is active for 365 days from date of purchase. Monthly Membership requires 1-month commitment with the flexibility to cancel after 30 days.

No, members do not need to make reservations and can walk-in to check-in at the membership desk.

You can pay for your Annual Membership upfront or in monthly installments. Monthly installment payments are available exclusively through FlexPay, which will calculate your monthly amount.

The Monthly Membership is billed monthly, with a one-month commitment and the ability to cancel at any time after the first month.

You may cancel in writing before 5:00 PM Central Time on the third business day after your initial membership date to receive a full refund of the annual membership fee.

Monthly Memberships can be cancelled anytime after the first month.

Annual Memberships grant access to WorldSprings facilities according to your membership tier. Memberships are non-transferable. WorldSprings may modify offerings, rates, or terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of changes. Please note: private events may temporarily limit access to certain areas (e.g., Americas or Asiatic regions).

Yes! All Annual Members have guest passes loaded to their membership card that allow guests to join you for free. (5 annually for Weekday, 10 annually for Anytime) To redeem one of your guest passes, let guest services know at check-in, and they can redeem one for you. (member must be present to redeem guest passes) 

Guest services at the member desk / check-in lane can assist with red light therapy and compression boot therapy. To book a massage or facial with the member discount, please visit the spa to make a reservation.

Head to the member desk / check-in lane and let them know you'd like to book a cabana with the member discount or emaill [email protected]. We highly recommend reservations for cabanas ahead of time.

Have your membership card ready for your server or window attendant to scan and apply your discount. When ordering through a QR code, enter your Member ID in the designated field before checkout, and your 15% discount will be automatically applied.
Please note that we cannot discount alcohol. 

Passport Access provides Annual Members with complimentary access at the other two WorldSprings locations up to six times/year at each location. This new membership benefit is designed to help you enjoy WorldSprings wherever you go.

• Active annual members may enjoy six (6) complimentary visits per calendar year at each WorldSprings property outside of their Home Springs Location. 
• Current participating properties include:
  • WorldSprings Dallas
  • Zion Canyon Hot Springs
  • Iron Mountain Hot Springs
• Example: A Dallas annual member may visit Iron Mountain Hot Springs six (6) times per year and Zion Canyon Hot Springs six (6) times per year.
• Weekday Members may only access non-home properties Monday–Friday. Anytime Members may access non-home properties any day of the week.
• Cross-property visits are valid only for the active member and may not be transferred, shared, exchanged, or used for guests.
• Member guest passes, complimentary soak cards, and other promotional benefits issued by a Home Location are not valid at other properties unless otherwise stated.
• Property-specific member benefits, including food & beverage discounts, retail discounts, spa discounts or other local perks, do not apply at non-home properties unless expressly noted.
• This benefit is available exclusively to active annual memberships and does not apply to soak packs, seasonal memberships, trial memberships, or other limited-duration programs.
• Members must present a valid physical or digital membership card and a matching photo ID at check-in. Complimentary access will not be granted without verification.
• Visiting members are required to complete a property-specific waiver before entry. This can be completed ahead of time online for Dallas and Zion, and during check-in at Iron Mountain.
• Memberships must be purchased using the member’s primary residential address within the designated market area of their Home Location. WorldSprings reserves the right to verify residency and designate a member’s Home Location. 
• Cross-property visit allowances reset at annual member renewal, if renewed. Unused visits do not roll over. 
• Reservations are not required. Walk-up only.
• All local property rules, operating policies, age restrictions, and code of conduct requirements apply.
• Cross-property visits have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash, credit, refunds, exchanges, or substitutions.
• WorldSprings reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate cross-property access benefits at any time. Fraudulent use may result in suspension of cross-property privileges or termination of membership.
• Members may enjoy a full day soak, no 3-hour restrictions
