WorldSprings soak hours are Sunday–Thursday from 10 AM to 9 PM and Friday–Saturday from 9 AM to 10 PM.

The Spa is open daily for appointments from 9 AM to 8 PM.

The Café & Bar serves food and drinks Sunday–Thursday from 10 AM to 8 PM and Friday–Saturday from 9 AM to 9 PM.

We strongly recommend booking your ideal date ahead of time online! Reservations daily are limited. Pre-booking ensures your spot and speeds up your check-in experience for your convenience.

Arrive 15 minutes early to check in and get a wristband.

To expedite check-in when you arrive, please fill out our online waiver. The waiver will be emailed to you after you make your reservation, and before you visit.

Select WorldSprings Regions are Adults 18+ only. Guests under 18 are welcome in the South Pacific Region. Every guest regardless of age has access to The Springs Cafe, towel service, hydration stations, and changing rooms.

Advance reservations for massages & facials are required. A 3 Hour Soak is included in these spa treatments (up to $79 value).

Swimwear is required at all times.

We recommend bringing sandals, a reusable water bottle and sun protection like SPF, sunglasses, and a hat when visiting during the day. We've got the rest covered—towels, shower products, blow dryers, and swimsuit bags are all provided for your convenience.

To help maintain a peaceful environment, WorldSprings allows casual photos and videos but asks guests to follow a few guidelines: Don’t film others without consent, and never film in locker rooms. Content should not disrupt guests or block walkways. Professional equipment, including tripods, selfie sticks and drones, are not allowed and require prior written approval.

WorldSprings reservations include complimentary towel service from the towel cabana.

Secure your belongings in a changing room locker.

Tap, soak, snack, repeat. You can now link your wristband to a credit card and use it to pay throughout the property.

Shower and then choose a region to soak & sauna in—or try The Mineral Method wellness circuit.

Order drinks from a poolside server, or visit The Springs Cafe & Bar for food.

Firepits are lit all day during cold weather and in the evenings throughout the summer.

Use the showers to rinse off before soaking.

Rest and hydrate between soaks with infused water from our hydration stations.

Drinking beverages is allowed while in the hot springs, but we kindly ask that all food be enjoyed at the café or while seated at a chair or table. Eating in the hot springs is not allowed.

Leave coolers, speakers, firearms, weapons, vapes pens, and cigarettes at home.

Be mindful of those around you and keep any PDA low-key.

Leave feeling refreshed: the locker rooms have private hot showers and are stocked with Botanist & Chemist products, blow dryers, and wet bags

Exit outside between the lobby and cafe. Stop by the outdoor service desk to return your wristband.
