Policies & Cancellations

Soak Admissions Cancellation/Refund/Reschedule

  • Soak (non-private event) reservations are eligible for a refund or reschedule if requested at least 48 hours prior to their reservation. This applies to both Adult and Under-18 soak admissions, as well as cabana rentals. To switch your date and time, please forward your original confirmation email to ([email protected]) or call us (1-844-476-2546) These requests must be made minimum 48-hours prior to your original reservation. Guests who do not show up for their reservation forfeit their purchase. WorldSprings is not responsible for missed reservations because of extenuating circumstances such as transportation, parking, weather, nor any other reason outside of the control of WorldSprings, nor for any expenses related to missed reservations. Guests with repeated no-show or rescheduled reservations may be deemed ineligible to reschedule future reservations.

Spa Policies

  • Arrival: Spa guests must arrive at least 15 minutes before their scheduled appointment time for check-in. Late arrivals will result in a reduction of service time. Late or missed appointments cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
  • Refunds / Reschedules: Facials & Massages require full pre-payment. They may be rescheduled or cancelled for a full refund if the request is made at least 48 hours prior to the reservation date. Please contact us at 1-844-476-2546 or [email protected].

Private Event Cancellation/Refund/Reschedule

  • Private Event reservations booked through the sales team are eligible for a refund or reschedule if requested at least 7 days prior to the reservation day. Please contact WorldSprings by emailing [email protected]

Gift Cards

  • Redeemable only toward purchases at WSD’s Texas location excluding gift cards and memberships. Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash except as required by law. No replacement if lost, stolen, damaged, destroyed, or used without your permission. Terms subject to change. Purchase, acceptance, or use of card constitutes acceptance of full terms TREAT THE GIFTCARD LIKE CASH.
  • Gift Cards expires on the fifth anniversary of its original date of purchase from WorldSprings. Starting from this gift card’s original date of purchase from WorldSprings, each time this gift card remains unused for a continuous and unbroken 12-month period, a monthly $5 inactivity fee will be deducted from this gift card’s then outstanding balance on the 15th of each month until its next use.

Promotions & Coupons

  • WorldSprings promotions and coupons can only be applied to new reservations, cannot be applied to an already booked reservation​ for a credit or refund.
  • Single Use Only: Promo codes are valid for a one-time use per customer unless otherwise specified.​
  • Cannot be Combined: Promo codes cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, promotions, or coupons.​
  • Non-Transferable: Promo codes are non-transferable and cannot be resold, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.​
  • Expiration Date: All promo codes have an expiration date, as specified in the promotion. After this date, the code will no longer be valid.​
  • Limited Availability: Promo codes are subject to availability and may be withdrawn by WorldSprings at any time without prior notice.​
  • Not Applicable on Gift Cards: Promo codes may not be used to purchase gift cards or for previous purchases.​
  • Restrictions Apply: Specific terms, restrictions, and blackout dates may apply to the promo code usage, especially during peak seasons.​
  • Invalid or Unauthorized Use: WorldSprings reserves the right to cancel or void any promo code if misuse, unauthorized use, or fraudulent activity is detected.
